How do I get started?
It’s simple! Just register online at www.Onewaylimo.com/register, provide your profile info (e.g. address, phone, email, credit card, travel preferences, etc.), choose a password, and you are ready to start booking discounted limo services. Once registered, you just enter your trip info (pickup, destination, time, etc.) and the site will prompt you to login prior to booking.

What happens after I enter my trip info?
After booking regular fares, limo company partners log into OneWayLimo.com and enter the return trips, or “empty legs”. OneWayLimo.com matches an “empty leg” to your reservation, notifies you of the match, and provides you with vehicle options (if more than one is available) and the discounted fare. You simply click the “book it” button and the system provides you with a confirmation, the limo company’s contact info. The limo company will confirm directly with you, usually within an hour, regarding the specifics of the trip via email or phone.

How do I pay?
Onewaylimo.com accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and American Express) and PayPal. No payment is released to limo company partners by Onewaylimo.com until after the trip is completed and the customer is satisfied.

What does my payment cover?
Onewaylimo.com’s price covers the entire cost of the ride for you and, if applicable, your passengers, with no extra charges for tolls, gas surcharges or other fees.  You also have the option of pre-paying the gratuity as well.  You can request additional service (i.e. in terminal pickup, last minute additional stop, etc.) directly from the limo company, and pay them directly if there is an additional charge.

Are the limo companies reputable?
Absolutely! Onewaylimo.com’s extensive screening process ensures that all limo partners have the proper insurance and permits in the area’s they are serving. .

What happens if my limo doesn't show up?
Standard industry practice is that limo companies will contact you if they are running late due to traffic or other reasons.  Conversely, if your flight is delayed or cancelled, you should contact the limo company directly and reschedule the pickup.  If you cannot get in touch with the limo company, call 1-800-933-1WAY and one of our customer service representatives will take care of the problem.

What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel within 36 hours of the ride start time, or you will be charged in full. Complete information about this policy can be found in our Terms and Conditions document.

As a matter of fact, our new web site will also offer a zip-code based search engine and FREE ad listings to our limo partners so users can shop for these other services right from the Onewaylimo.com site! 

Can Onewaylimo.com help grow my business?
Yes! We have calculated that “empty legs” represent about $1.1B in lost revenue for limo companies, and we want to work with you recover your share of that (and of course, for the effort, keep a little for our ourselves.) If there is no benefit for you as a limo company owner, we have no business!

What will it cost me?
Entering empty legs is FREE. We take a 20% commission on “empty legs” we fill.
