How do I get started reserving my limousine ride?
You can either start by entering the details of the ride you need or you can first become a member by registering on line at www.onewaylimo.com/register.asp and then enter the details of your requested ride. The system will show the detail and allow you post them to our Limousine Partners. Only the parameters of your ride will be posted all contact is conducted through onewaylimo.com™ patent pending system. Your email address and contact information is not revealed to anyone at this time. Once we have found you a ride and you have agreed upon the sale, One Way Limo™ will email a confirmation along with Partner Limo Company's information.
Can OneWayLimo™ accommodate my round trip needs?
One Way Limo can accommodate your round trip needs however you will need to fill in your travel needs one trip at a time. One Way Limo.com™
Now that I'm a member, how do I reserve a Limousine?
Enter your ride requirements you will instantly see their options that match their reservation requirements (date, time, type of car, number of passengers). If we have active inventory the member can immediately reserve their limousine! If the onewaylimo.com site doesn't find a match immediately, it will post the member's reservation requirements and notify our network of Partnered Limousine companies that a request is pending in our system. Once a match is found OneWayLimo™ will contact the member via email stating that a match to their reservation requirements have become available. The member can then return to the site and accept the match with their credit card.
What happens after I make my reservation?
Every day, onewaylimo.com Certified Limousine Company Partners enter their "empty legs" directly into the One Way Limo.com months, weeks, days or even minutes before the "empty leg" becomes available. After you enter your reservation, the One Way Limo.com system notifies the Limousine Company. You will receive the companies contact phone number and they will be given your contact information. onewaylimo.com requires that Limousine Company Partners contact you to confirm the details of the reservation.
How do I pay for a One Way Limo reservation?
One Way Limo.com accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and American Express). No payment is released to limousine company partners by onewaylimo.com until after the trip is completed and the customer is satisfied. Let our customer service agents know if your ride was not acceptable or if there were issues.
What does the price paid on onewaylimo.com cover? Do I need to pay more?
onewaylimo.com agreement with the limousine partners is that the entire cost of the ride and one extra stop (if selected and paid for online - a separate charge will display on the contract page). There should be no extra charges for tolls, gas surcharges or other fees. The gratuity is not included as specified on the contract page, unless you choose to pre-pay it with your credit card. Also if you as the customer, request additional service (i.e. in terminal pickup, last minute additional stop, etc) when speaking to the limousine partner, they may charge you additional fees. If you feel there are unjust additional charges from the limousine provider please let OneWayLimo™ know so we may investigate these practices at once.
Are the One Way Limo prices per vehicle or per person?
All prices shown on onewaylimo.com are airport transfers in Town Cars, Sedans, or Strech Limousines are all quote per vechicle. One Way Limo does not currently offer Party Vans or Bus services that are usually quoted per person. We want to make sure you are clear about the rate you are quoted before you confirm your reservation. Call us at 1 800 933-1WAY if you have questions
What happens if my One Way Limo ride is running late or does not show up to pick me up?
If your limousine does not show up or is running late please call us at 1-800-933-1WAY. A customer service agent will either get you another limousine, tell you when your limo is arriving (it could be stuck in New York traffic), or if necessary will advise you to find another ride home and we will be reimburse you, within reason, for the cost of the ride even if it was more expensive than the onewaylimo.com ride you booked.
Will we have the limousine all to ourselves or will there be other people with us?
There won’t be anyone else in the limousine unless you approve it. All services offered by One Way Limo on onewaylimo.com are private car services. We do not allow a limousine partners to use a van or bus which has multiple customers groups and pickups and drop-off.
What is the One Way Limo Cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy as stated on the contract page is no cancellations within 36 hours of the ride start time. That means, if you do not cancel your reservation at least 36 hours in advance, you will be charged in full or partially whether you use the service or not. Complete information about this policy can be found in our Terms and Conditions document, please contact us if you more questions.
Do One Way Limo limousine partners offer in terminal greeting?
Reservations booked through onewaylimo.com are for curbside pickup. You may speak to the limousine partner who accepts your ride requirements about in terminal greeting but you may incur additional fees at that time from the limousine partner. Onewaylimo.com is not part of that service since fees for parking and waiting times vary widely from limousine company to limousine company
Does One Way Limo offer other limousines services than airport transfers?
We plan to expand our services in the future. But for now One Way Limo only offers airport transfers to the larger airports in the tri-state area (Southern New York, Northern New Jersey and South Western Connecticut). We are looking to expand to service the cruise ports and other municipal and private airports soon. We do not currently offer prom services, event limousines by the hour or address to address limousines service. Does One Way Limo offer other travel services?
We plan to expand our services in the future based on the feedback from both our limousine company partners and members.
