Terms of the Pick Up Guarantee

When you book your next Limo ride through One Way Limo.com we guarantee you will be picked up! That's why we guarantee in writing that you'll always be picked when using One Way Limo.com. Here's how it works: If, you have received your booking/Limo reservation confirmation from One Way Limo.com and haven't been picked up within one hour of your confirmed original booked time, you can either call us at 800.933.1way and we will secure alternate transportation at no additional cost to you, or we will cover the difference for the alternate comparable service of your choice

• You must have first sent your booking/Limo reservation through One Way Limo.com's online service and have received back confirmation that your booking/Limo reservation has been received and successfully confirmed. Your successfully completed transaction will be evidenced by receipt and provision of a One Way Limo.com confirmation number. Save this number for your records.


• The car type of the car chosen by you must be equal to that of the car type purchased on One Way Limo.com.


• The location as well as pick-up / drop-off dates and times must match what is on the One Way Limo.com reservation.


• One Way Limo's "Pick Up Guarantee" applies only to One Way Limo.com users and is non transferable and non assignable. It does not apply to any promotional specials, or employee rates and/or loyalty programs or coupons.


• One Way Limo's "Pick Up Guarantee" applies only to the actual Time & Mileage amount for the Limo and does not include any charges for Taxes and/or Service Fees charged by One Way Limo. com or similar charges by any alternate service.


• You must call us within the first hour of waiting for your original confirmed pick up time through One Way Limo.com., and prior to your pick-up by the alternate Limo Company. Call us at 800-933-1Way.


• Successful claims will receive a credit, amounting to the reasonable difference between the two comparable prices and services, to the credit or debit card used to purchase your booking/limo reservation within 7-10 business days of confirmation by One Way Limo. com.


• One Way Limo's "Pick Up Guarantee" does not apply if One Way Limo. com refunds or cancels the Limo reservation for any reason.


• One Way Limo.com will review your claim and will, at its own sole discretion, determine whether you have met the requirements for the refund or credit. The decision made by One Way Limo.com is final.
